If you are considering letting your property, then we are here to support you. We will listen to your plans and agree with you the best way to proceed. We will visit your property and advise you of any improvements that may be needed, how to meet your legal and safety obligations, how to achieve the optimum rent and attract the best tenants.
Once we have agreed terms with you, we will market your property on all the major property portals, on our own website and in local property publications – as well as introducing your property to suitable registered applicants on our database.
We will carry out accompanied viewings, discuss a potential tenant’s circumstances with you and carry out references and right to rent checks.
We will draw up the Tenancy Agreement, register and protect the deposit, compile the Inventory, collect initial funds from the tenant and carry out any other Tenancy related services you may require.

Following your instructions, we will take photographs that showcase your property in the best possible light and agree a full description with you. We will market your property on our website, in our High Street office window, on the major property portals including Right Move, Zoopla and Prime Location, through social media and to suitable buyers on our database.
We are confident that our pro-active approach to marketing combined with our reactive approach to enquiries, will secure you a buyer who will proceed at the best possible price.
